PUTRAJAYA, Mon. - The MCA wants more Chinese-language schools to be

built, but they are going to have a tough time convincing Datuk Seri
Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

He is a believer in the national school system, arguing that different

races studying in the same classroom give Malaysia the best hope of

staying a united country.

"Our children must have the time to be together," the Prime Minister
